DCP No-rehire/Marine Corps Veteran

I need help! I did the DCP Fall Advantage in May of 2011. I was terminated only weeks before my graduation because I received 2 housing points..and here is why...I received my first housing point for a fellow cast member who lived in Patterson Court ( I lived in Vista Way) stayed overnight and his car was parked in front of our apartment so they found out. Let me first say that I has only known this person 24 hours, he was there for my roommate and when we were called to housing I took the fall with her and recieved a point. My second point came 5 months later when a girl who was on my program got terminated and came back to visit, I let her in to my apartment for lunch and then we left. Apparently because she was terminated months prior there is a grace period before they are allowed back on property. I did not know this! and it was a total honest mistake!
Anyway, not that long ago (years later) i'm finding out that I am a no-rehire!?! what the hell :( How?
My friend on the program got terminated for underage drinking and she was able to appeal but I am not? How does this happen?
I am hoping that when I finish my years in service that I will be able to work for the company again, I know that Disney is big on hiring Veterans and seeing as my reasons for termination seem so petty I would hope they would rehire?

My question is how do I go about this? When I try to call I get passed around to everyone who just connects me to someone else and no one seems to be able to help? Who do I talk to that will actually deal with this situation the way it should be?

General rule of thumb for appealing rehire is 1 year of employment, letter of recommendation, and then you have to appeal.

I can easily do that. But my main question was I don't know how and who do I call to appeal?
Unless it's changed, you just show up and apply for a role. That's when the appeal process begins.
