DCL - Guest Medical Information Rorm Question

Hi All

My wife and I were filling out our DCL Guest Medical Information and part of the form is asking for a physicaisn siganture and current medical status. Do we only need to have that part filled out if we have some medical condition that they need to know about??? My wife and i are very healthy

If you have a pre-existing medical condition or special need that we should be made aware of, please complete this form and submit it to Disney Cruise Line® at least 14 days prior to sail date. If no medical condition exists, please do not submit this form.



Short answer, if you are healthy, you should not even be filling out the form.
