Days left on Disney Hopper

Hi guys,

Im guessing this question has been asked countless times before but the whole thing baffles me!

My family and I had to cut our holiday short several years ago and as such, we think we only used 2 days of our 5 day Hopper passes. Now, I know the ticket types have changed and we should still be able to use the remaining days (plus unused days at water parks which were included) but we're having trouble finding out how many days are left on the Hoppers.

Does anyone know how we can find this out? We've emailed Disney and had no reply - dont know who to contact (we're also in UK if that helps any). Also wondering if anyone knows if these can be upgraded to MYW tickets - extra days added etc?

Thanks in advance for any info anyone can give!

If you have the newer Magic Your Way tickets (2005 or later) and did not purchase the no expiration option the you extra days would have expired 14 days after your first use. If they are pre-magic your way tickets then the days do not expire. The only way you can find out what is left on a ticket is to take it to one of the guest services locations at one of the 4 parks or to guest relations at DTD.

Take it into your local Thomson travel agents...some of their shops have a Disney specialist who may be able to tell you whether its an old or new ticket & may be able to get you a customer services number..hope this helps...it must be very frustrating as they aren't cheap & it would be a shame to waste it if it has days left on it.

:( Unfortunately, there is absolutely no way to find out how many days you have left on your PH tix other than to present it at Downtown Disney slider machine or at one of the GS desk at the parks.

If you want to plan your visit or already have, just be open to make your park visit plans on your day of arrival. Sometimes we make plans ahead of time and end up having a change of mind when the time comes, so it's ok!

If you're going to need about a week's worth of park days, then it would be in your best interest to NOT use those tickets for this trip.

The price difference between a 3-day ticket and a 4-day ticket is only $7, and for the 5th through 10th dayss it's only $3 per day.

So let's say you need 7 park days for this next trip. And let's say you have 3 days left on the old tickets. This means you'll need to buy new 4-day tickets. A 4-day park hopper costs $269.

But if you bought a brand-new 7-day park hopper, it would cost $278. That's only nine dollars more than the 4-day hopper.

In other words, in the above scenario, you would save only $9 per person by using the old tickets.

So in the above scenario ... You'd be MUCH better off holding on to those old tickets just in case you have a future trip to the area where you'd spend only 3 days in Disney theme parks.
