Days Inn Maingate East

This is my first trip to WDW without the family. This time it is just my girlfriend and I. Being as how it is our first trip alone down there and due to budget constraints we're staying at the Days Inn. Has anyone got a review on this place. I've driven by it before but never stayed there. Thanks

In case anyone was wondering, without the family meant my mom, dad, and brother. Sorry if there was any confusion. No kids as of yet, but when I do have them, I will make sure they get to experience all of Disney.

ok i just completed a 3 night stay. no complaints really. the service was excelent, the room was warm, cos it was cold outside. the only complaint was the pillows were waffer thin. but i'm a traveling vet. so i brought my own pillows to make up for it. other than that no complaints, it was quiet and nice, i recomend it to anyone who is traveling on a small budget. Good job Days Inn.

just dont get a room near the pool....when we stayed there for one night
because we arrived in disney from driving very late at night we got a room by the pool......there was wet floors near the door of our room and mildew here and there too....it was pretty gross...
will never ever stay there again

The Days Inn Maingate East is handsdown the worst hotel I've stayed at in the WDW area. The room that we stayed in had the world's loudest A/C. It was just plain dirty with stained walls and mildew in the bathroom.

Maybe the hotel was just having a bad hair day, but my family will never stay there again.

I say if your willing to pay $35-45 a night for a hotel then you shouldn't expect the same type of room that you would get if you were to say at a Walt Disney World Resort.
