So we will be coming up for a day trip to Disney Springs on our vacation in November. We've already worked out lunch at Disney Springs, but for dinner, I was wondering if anyone had suggestion for dinner outside the Disney bubble? We won't have park tickets and I'm thinking away from Disney Springs as well. Any thoughts?

Depends on how far outside the bubble and what kind of dining options you are looking for. There is Crossroads but that isn't too far outside. You can also look at The Pointe on I Drive. Or, take a trip over to City Walk. Are you looking for chain casual or upscale steak and seafood?

Edited to say: If you want to stay in the bubble and just escape DS - take a boat over to OKW and hit Olivia's or PO for Boatwrights. You could also bus it over to any of the resorts from the DS bus hub.

Yeah, I did look at the resort dining. I think I’ve devised a plan. Drive up in the morning. I have a reservation at homecoming at 1130am. We’ll shop some and then take a bus to the monorail resorts to see the xmas decor. The back to DS, where we’ll eat dinner at Polite Pig (our fave) and grab my amarettes yummies and stop at the character warehouse quick before heading back to st Pete
