Davy Jones's Head in PoC

How do they make Davy Jones's head look so 3-D in that fog? I looked for projectors but couldn't find any.

The projector is in the rocks in the ceiling just after the fog-fall effect.

The fog effect is a commercial effect too - not somthing that disney has created.

Its a Fog Screen, but its not fog, its water mist.

I met the fogscreen guys when I was working the New York Bar Show. They said that Disney owns 9 fogscreens, and just a month or two ago Universal bought 9 as well because as they put it, "since Disney had them, Universal just had to get them too".
