Hmmm the 3rd and 4th end up on a weekend after a busy holiday week Im sure it will be pretty busy probably less on Mon. Generaly its been said that block out days are pretty busy hence the block put. 
So Cal. APs are blocked on 1,2,3,

If you could push it back another week, you would be very happy. If you could push it back 2 more weeks until the College kids head back to school, you would be VERY VERY happy.
