If someone is fully capable of walking/standing (aka does not need a mobility device) but they are visually impaired with night blindness so that in lower light situations cannot see and need to hold onto someone during the entire wait time would that person be eligible for a DAS so that they can cut down on the amount of time they are in the dark situations needing to have their hand held?

I don't believe that's a problem at all.

Here's the link to all the services available to guests with disabilities. Included in that is a link to a PDF of the DAS policy. You can call prior to your trip if you have questions - a phone number is included.
