I don't know who said it first, but the general idea is the people with the money to afford Starcruiser were also the people that liked the "A New Hope" era of Star Wars with, yes, Darth Vader.
Compound that with the fact that this same generation was not all that into Rey and Kylo, and you have a recipe for a struggle.
Maybe I should be in charge, because the easy solution is to have a LARP in one era one week, and the other era another week.
Of course, even then, you would run out of story after 2 visits.

Yeah the strange part to me is - why do you spend Four Billion Dollars to buy something, and then not use the heart of it? Hubris, I guess, to think you can improve on a classic...
