D23 Shipping?

I ordered a D23 Gold Membership a little over a week ago and still nothing...the website says about 7-10 days for the card, and then 4-6 weeks after that for the rest of the package. Would anyone say that this shipping estimate is accurate? When you purchase items from the store, is it quicker? While we're talking about D23, I was also wondering which magazine I would get? (winter, or would I have to wait til' spring?)

Their shipping takes a while until you get into the system as a new member. My membership expired because I forgot to renew it and I missed an issue. When I restarted it I had to wait for the next issue and received that one, not the one current at the time. I know the club gets a bit of bashing on message boards but I'm enjoying it. You get some cool collectibles for free with the mag and some discounts. If you're a geek about Disney it is worth it.

If it is indeed worth it for big Disney fans, then it will probably be worth my money, can't wait for something to arrive !

Just called about my package, and it hasn't even processed yet...what gives? They said it'd finish when it ships, but it's been over a week and it hasn't shipped yet?

Not impressed.
