I received an email from Disney Shopping.com in response to my complaint about their exorbitant charges for shipping merchandise to Canada. They gave me a $25 e-gift card and advised that they have reduced the shipping fees:

We are excited to announce lower shipping rates to Canada for future orders, so we would like to send you a $25 Gift Card to enjoy while shopping at Boutique 23 or throughout DisneyShopping.com. Your unique gift card number is ****************. Instructions on using your online gift card have been attached below. If you have not already taken the time, please visit your exclusive members-only online store and be as welcome as you can be!
Thank you and have a MAGICAL day!

I bought a few more items to take advantage of the e-gift card and true to their word, shipping charges were almost cut in half! :sohappy: $27.95 instead of $54.95!
I also got a second email apologizing for any inconvenience that also included another $25 e-gift card!
Maybe Disney does read these forums... I certainly was vocal about my dislike for their shipping fees.
