D23 Question

Hey:

So, I joined D23 back on May 26 of this year and it told me to expect the membership kit within 3-4 weeks. Flash forward to present day (July 16), and I still haven't received it. What gives? Is there anyone I can talk to about this?

I had that same problem when I first joined last year. I just sent an email to guest services through the website and they sent a new one.
