Current progress of my laser show

Still a little dull, there arrant many effects because this isn't the official music score. Friday is the first official day and will be running independently and will be every night at 9:00 without starting it manually. They will be more visible as well when Im done making the new mist heads.

SO I'm curious what this is. Is it just set up in your yard or something? You say it'll go on by itself, are you expecting guests to come watch or something? Or was this just a for fun thing that you set up?

This is over a pond I have in my yard. It does accurate some audience every once in a while, especially my fountain. Just a thing I rigged up to waste some time. I had the laser but it was collecting dust so I thought I would put it to use. Basically all it is is an old CD player, 2 rigged Christmas light timers and the laser. No computers involved.

Once I get a computer system going I can have fountains and themed laser images. And since the computer will never be exposed to the internet it will last me a long time, maybe switch out the power supply every few years and that's it. When I get my own house all this is going to be out front and I don't care how crazy people think I am, this is my hobby
