I don't know what happened, but those rumors about foreigners not being here were short lived. I think the only English I've heard since Saturday was the monorail spiel. And where did these crowds come from?

I was there last Labor Day. It wasn't at all a "low crowd time" like so many say.

Got that right. We usually come a week later than this but we had to make some adjustments this year. Oh well, gonna make the best of it.
The bright side- you're in WDW!! :). I was really surprised last year, as were other people there that I spoke to. If you can do a night time EMH at MK definitely take advantage of that! Have a wonderful trip!!!!

We always come in May, September, and then the next May before our AP runs out. I can say for sure that September crowds are DEFINITELY lower and actually DVC considers it the lowest "season" and you get the most bang for your buck on points during that time. I'm here right now and it's true that the crowds over this weekend and today have been higher but on Thursday it was like a ghost town and tomorrow it will go back to being that way. I'm here til the 10th and I figure after today the in state people will go back to work and their kids will be back in school and I will finally have Disneyworld back to myself again. LOL! The rain has been unusually high on this trip too and that has thrown a bit of a wrench in things. Nothing makes me sadder than rain at Disneyworld. I'm just glad I'm here for 9 days.

Yeah, we just left the MK. Just in time too, as it started coming down right as we got to the car. We're about to grab some lunch and run some errands and then head to Epcot and then AK. I sure hope these folks start heading home. Our last actual day is Thursday, as our APs run out and then we're doing the Halloween party on Sunday.

We left today. The 31st and 1st was awesome!!! The lines were like 5-10 min wait and with all the rain we put our ponchos on and kept moving. It was easy. The 2nd in the morning we went to HS and that was not to bad. We were able to do almost all the park in 3 hours. MNSSHP was very crowded. We headed over to MK around 3:00 and when we got to the main gate I was like wow, what happend. The 3rd and 4th were even more busy and crowded. But it was ok. We are used to June crowds so that is alright, We were at Disneyworld. We had a wonderful time and as always did not want to head home. For sure though, we got spoiled with low crowds on 31st and 1st.

We arrived in WDW on Labour Day last year. Wasn't too bad. Got onto Soarin' with a 15 minute way on arrival day. We were tired and jetlagged, but you can't pass up Soarin' with a 15 minute wait!

We were in the parks last week (Tuesday-Thursday) and went to EPCOT twice and the Studios once. The crowds were nothing then, before Labor Day weekend obviously. We walked on to Test Track, Mission:Space & Spaceship Earth with no FP's. Saw Soarin was only a 30 minute wait in the stand by queue which is not typically the case.

I'm hoping the crowds go back to that level after today & tomorrow. We'll see as we're heading to the Studios on Thursday evening after some water park fun!

We were at WDW for the long weekend, I noticed that MK in particular was busier this weekend compared to the week of July 4th. Crazy.

It's much better today. As in 10 minute wait for Buzz at 3pm better.

I will be in WDW in a month, so just out of curiosity I've been keeping tabs on wait times according to the MDE app. I checked a few times today and noticed some insanely low times, for example expedition Everest has been 5 minute two separate times today and is now showing 10 minute. I thought something had to have been wrong, guess not! I hope we get lucky with some low wait times as well! Hope you're enjoying yourself!
