Hello

I will be working part time at Disney this summer while I attend UCF! I've already set up my interview and hope to work in attractions. What is the current minimum wage at Disney? I'm trying to figure out my college budget. lol

It will depend on what union your department is covered by. There are various unions that are all responsible for the contracts for each different department. Let us know what department you will be in, factor in possible incentives that they may give you to get you in the door, and then you will know what you will be making. Ballpark: 6.50 an hour?

No one at Disney makes minimum wage. And depending on the position and other factors there are tons of different pay rates. But everyone at Disney makes more than mimimum wage.

Unless you're a CP. In which case you do make $6.40 an hour. Which sucks. But if you're FT/PT, then you'll make more, yes.

I think it's $1.73, a broken rubber band and some old M&Ms.

Honestly, whatever it is, it's not enough (for most of them, not all).

bottom rung CP's make 6.40/hr... FL minimum wage is 6.40/hr

It amazes me that Disney can expect and, I am sure, require, the type of performance that the do from the individuals working in the parks. Supermarket workers, in my area, are starting at $8.00 - $9.00 an hour! Based on the dealings I have had with "workers" at Disney, they deserve a lot more. In the long run it would be better for the company and maybe even lead to more people looking to make working at Disney World a career.

It would be nice if CM's made more money. However in this area they pretty much pay the going rate for those types of jobs.
