CS Club Level NOT ready?

Back in August, I had made reservations for a new club level room in the Cabana 9B building at Coronado Springs for January 17-23. About a week ago, I recieved a call from Disney telling me that the rooms and the concierge services were not gonna be ready. Therefore, they upgraded us to club level at the Polynesian. Did this happen to anyone else, or does anyone know anything else about this?

Stayed in building 9b over Christmas week. The rooms are renovated, but there is no concierge service. Worked out good for me as I didn't pay for that service but got the building anyway!

I understand there have been some glitches in the Club Service and they haveh put it temporarily on hold. Several people have received phone calls to explain the sitaution and be moved to another resort (I know some are going to the Yacht and some to the Beach Club).

Yea, they offered to give us a room at beach club, but when we found out that stormalong bay was gonna be closed for refurbishment when we are going, we asked if we could get into a different resort, so they got us into the Polynesian. :sohappy:

I love the Polynesian. We've stayed about three times. It is our second favorite resort after CSR. We stopped staying at Poly because we have two kids in college and we just couldn't justify the cost. Have a great time and, hopefully, you can try CL at the CSR another time.
