The Crystal Palace, A Buffet with Character Re-Opens
Effective Sunday, December 15th, The Crystal Palace, A Buffet with Character will re-open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with Winnie the Pooh and friends.

Breakfast is served buffet style from 8:05 am to 10:30 am daily, lunch is 11:30 am to 3:00 pm daily and dinner begins at 4:00 pm and closes based on Park operating hours.

Also on Sunday, December 15th, Tony's Town Square Restaurant will return to an a la carte restaurant serving lunch from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm and dinner from 4:30 pm daily with no Disney Characters.

Done the character brekky twice - yes, its a great place to eat, a very friendly atmosphere and the breakfasts are grrrrrreat :slurp:
Can't wait till next April - we'll be there again :sohappy:

While @ MK in September, it looked as if all they were doing was scraping the trim on the roof down, and repainting. Don't know if they have done more to it since!:D

Well when I was ther in late October they we reinstalling the glass vaults and domes from the room. Big crane and everything. Actually saw all the pieces in a CM parking lot during my Keys to the Kingdom tour. So I guess at sometime they had them removed and repaired or replaced.

I love the CP. The all you can eat buffet is awesome. The food is great, the sevice is great, and the characters are great. All in all I would eat there everytime I go to WDW. unfortunatley when i go there in 6 days i wont be able to eat there(not enough time in the schedule.)

Lunch is pretty impressive, too. I've never seen as many choices at a buffet as they had here. Everything I ate or had a taste of was quite delish! Ony caveat is the price, but if you go in the afternoon (I think they serve lunch til 3:00) then you can fill up for the whole day. And the characters are fun.

Aww come on, you can always make time for a buffet! Ummmm buffet.... (in best Homer Simpson voice)

Seriously though, I think I might have to try CP on my next visit to WDW since everyone gives it such great marks. :D
