Crystal Palace Dining Plan Credit?

Hi everyone,
We were looking to book a meal at the Crystal Palace for dinner on August 20th. It says that the Dining Plan is not accepted (on the website where you can view the menu). When we continued with the "reserve a table" portion, it said that some Dining Plans were accepted. So I was just wondering if anyone knows if the Crystal Palace does still allow the dining plan to be used? We are using the one with the 1 table, 1 quick and 1 snack.
I'd really appreciate a reply if anyone knows anything about it!

I know your post is about a specific restaurant and not really about character meals per se, but this seems relevant.
