IF THE MAGIC KINGDOM DOESN'T OPEN UNTIL 9:00 DOES THE CRYSTAL PALACE CHARACTER BREAKFAST STILL START AT 8:00 OR WHEN THE PARK OPENS?

It varries based on what the estimated attendance is for the day. Call 407-WDW-DINE to make priority seating arrangements and they will be able to tell you what the earliest available for your day is.

the meal generally starts an hour prior to park open, and the last seating is an 30 mins after park closing.. it is always subject to change though
