Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore and Piglet in a buffet setting, with a few items such as omelets made to order.
The characters make a grand tour around the entire dining room, which can take a while, so don't eat too quickly if you want to see all of them.
Usually the characters hang out one at a time in the center atrium near the buffet for a few minutes at a time if you want to get a quick picture with them rather than waiting for them to come to your table.
Plan on waiting for them at your table. It could take 45 minutes to an hour for them to get there. But you do get to sit and relax while you enjoy your breakfast. We will be going back in April.
We did breakfast there last week (me, wife, 4yr old daughter & 6yr old daughter) and loved it. Food was pretty good...excellent omellettes and they'll also make custom mickey pancakes for the kids with Chocolate Chips or other add ins. Had no problem meeting all of the characters though it does take awhile. I highly recommend it.

I LOVE the Crystal Palace for breakkie!! It's one of my favourite meals in WDW, based on atmosphere and food quality. I've brought most of my travel companions there, and I've recommended it to many people and everyone had a blast (and rolled outta there once they were done). Well worth a stop on any vacation and one of my favourite places in the World...
Totally doesn't matter that I get a guaranteed hug from Eeyore whenever I'm there... :lookaroun
