I'd love to see them but allearsnet has blocked my isp from viewing the site. No idea why. I will have to go on aol or use an anonymizer to view them.

I'm not sure if any fellow southern Texans have been to the waterpark resort, Schlitterbahn, but Crush n'Gusher looks like the exact same ride they have at Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels! I believe "Master Blaster" is the name..
Which is a great thing, because "Master Blaster" is a GREAT ride. It's definitely the best waterpark ride I've ever been on.
If any of you have watched the Travel Channel's 'Best Waterparks in America' show..you'll remember that Blizzard Beach came in 2nd place and Schlitterbahn came in 1st.. maybe the ranking will change! :) (even though it's TL we're talking about not BB)

Yea, The Travel Channel had a summer special over summer 2004 called Waterparks 2004, which featured Schlitterbahn. It showed MB and looked fun! I cant wait to ride Crush N' Gusher!

I haven't been to Schlitterbahn in several yrs. and then at that time I went to the one in S. Texas on South Padre Island. It was fun to go. We do have the best water park although I cannot say that I have been to BB or any others at Disney.

I just came across the allearsnet pics and thought the planting and overall themeing looked a little sparse myself (but still more than nearly every other water park). However, I just came across some other photos that show off quite a bit more of the grounds at another discussion board and have to say it looks very good and as the plants fill in will look even better ( http://www.wdwinfo.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=2932&sort=6&size=medium&cat=500&page=1 ). The themeing into the main tower is neat, complete with broken support beams from the "typhoon", ripped off side panels, and even a tractor on top of the roof of the main tower. There is also quite a bit of cargo netting that hangs around the slide tubes holding crates and barrels and the paint job on the slide tubes looks very nice, etc. It also looked like there was still a bit to be completed on Wed. as the pics show workers still working on the landscape, and ladders and cherrypickers still around the site.

Considering how crummy the weather was on Wed., hopefully today (I think today is the second cast preview) more will go and report back. Either way, we all can get a chance to see it by this week when Typhoon reopens. Looks like a fun ride. :).
