Does anyone have any big details on the new ride Crush N Gusher? Like how fast it will go, if it is alot of up-hills, kind of like the Master Blaster at Schlitterbahn (Can't spell that too well)??? Also, how long it will take to build and when it is speculated to open? Just wondering because I havent heard many rumors or any big details about the ride. Thanks!! :D

I haven't heard anything yet, but I am sure that as time comes closer we will. I know that this slide gave me a reason to check out Typhoon Lagoon again this year instead of going back to Blizzard Beach.

From www.screamscape.com :

(11/17/04) Disney announced at last their Master Blaster waterslide project that will open in Spring 2005. There will be three new slides a part of Hideaway Bay, a whole new themed area of the park. They describe the new attraction as a combination of steep drops and gravity defying “coaster-like” inclines where you are powered uphill by water jets. Riders will travel through what appears to be a rusted out tropical fruit facility, weaving the rides through the wreckage of the fruit plants old wash facilities. There will be three different “fruit spillways” to choose from: Banana Blaster, Coconut Crusher and Pineapple Plunger. Each of the three slides will be aproximately the same length... between 410-420 feet. (For reference, these are about half the length of the Master Blaster at Schlitterbahn’s Blastenhof tower complex).

The above info is all I could find that is fairly detailed.
