Cruising with an 8 month old

Hello - we just booked the DVC Member cruise for 2011, and our baby is due this January. Lillian will only be about 8 months old, so we thought it would be a good first cruise since the only port is Castaway Cay x2 which is low maintenance. We've done the cruise once before just the two of us, so any advice on what to take with us & things to do with her would be fantastic.
