You'll Love It!

You did good. I have a hard time convincing hubby of upgrading us beyond inside stateroom category 11. LOL. Though, for our January 2003, we booked a category 10, deluxe inside stateroom on the Magic Western 7-day cruise. For your question about pictures of the navigator verandah, check out the following site. They've are a married couple with no children and have cruise 18 times between the Magic and the Wonder. Their site is: www.castawayclub.com or www.disneycruiser.com . She has lots of pictures on there and also the Navigotors.

Hope this helps.

My guess is that it's open. The Navigator's Verandah and any other verandah are open at that height. It looks it from the pictures at the different angles, but I'm not certain since I haven't stayed in one. The verandahs with the open railing at the bottom have plexiglass on the inside so kids don't climb up on the railing, but above the railing it's open. On the Navigator's verandah, the opening is at the height of were the railings are, so my guess, the navigator verandahs are open, too.

Just a guess.

The outside stateroom verandas actually have a balcony which is open air from deck 5 up. It's large enough for two chairs and a small table. Don't know if this is what you are talking about.
