Cruise and Airtran Airways

Hi All

Just wondering when we return from our cruise to Orlando Airport is airtran one of the airlines we can get our boarding pass on the boat and we can checkour luggage so it goes directly to the airport.

Also how does the the baggage fee work. Do we pay that on the boat?
