How likely is it that I can get an 8:05 CRT ressie after the 180 day mark? I currently have an 8:25 but an 8:05 would be so awesome. I still have almost 100 days to go but am just wondering if I have any chance.

Yes, you could still get it, though it will be tough. Just keep checking several times a day. BUT since your current reservation is not that far from your intended goal, it should not be a big deal to keep. If it is a day the park opens at 9 am you will still be able to get in around 8 am with an 8:25 ressie and take pictures on your way to the castle, with little to no crowd

Just keep stalking the website. I know from experience that it can be done Back in 2012, I decided about 3 mos out from our trip that I wanted the 8:05a slot at CRT. I stalked the website for about 3.5 weeks and a spot magically appeared one day.
