We were there for the week of Halloween last year, not crowded at all. We walked onto Splash, waited less than 10 minutes for Space Mountain, rode buzz twice without getting off. My son and I rode RnR at MGM 3 times while my wife watched the Beauty and the Beast show. Ironically the biggest crowd we seen was on Halloween for the Not So Scary halloween party. It seemed to be 3 times as many people for the party as the largest crowd during the day. We're planning to go back that week or the week after this year. The downside is the parks do usually close early 6 to 7, so you are likely to miss spectro and the fireworks. But a great time to go.
