What are the crowds like at disneyland in June?

Well, kids have just gotten out of school, so it is usually moderate to busy. Good thing you are going to Disneyland instead of Disneyworld. Disneyworld would be more packed than Disneyland. Just remember to get their early and hit the E-Tickets first.

It is Busy in June!
If you go Go Early in the Day when they open It gets Crowded around 10 am

Its the start of summer - its pretty busy in those parks. Get there early or use FP
