Crowds in Early March

Hello all. I'm wondering what the crowds are like the first week of March? My family is thinking of planning a trip to come visit me while I'm doing the CP. And are wondering what the crowds will be like.

We were there March 1-4 in 2011. There were hardly any crowds except at opening day of the F&G Show at EPCOT. It was a nice time to be there. It did get cool enough for a warm jacket in the evenings.

Do you know what the average wait time was? Maybe like an example for the big draws like Splash, Space Mountain or PPF. Thanks!

The crowds around this time aren't too bad at all, really. The F&G Festival at Epcot is the big draw, and later the Easter and spring break crowds. The weather is very comfortable as well. So a good time to go.

The UCA cheer finals are March 9-11th, so you'll have plenty of cheer families in the parks during that weekend and the whole week. Most of them only stay for one week.

March is typically when we go and we love that time of year as it tends to be less crowded (and less hot). I'll definitely second what @draybook said though, try to avoid the time that the UCA finals are. It doesn't really impact the parks that much but it certainly increases the amount of teenage girls running around... both in the parks as well as at your resort (if you are staying at a resort they've booked as well).
