Crowds during the week at EPCOT VS Universal Studios?

So I've been given the opportunity for an impulse trip to the 407 to visit family next week. I've also been given the choice to go to a park. just 1. I have to pick and as i grew up in the area and have been to all the Orlando parks countless times I'm really looking for the smallest of crowds on a Monday for an easy day with my kids and grandmother. I'm deciding between USF and EPCOT. Thoughts and ideas, ready GO!

Thanks that was very helpful.
Anyone here who would be able to help you would do so by Googling it.

On the 20th Epcot is rated as a 7 according to one site.

And USF is rated as "very busy" on another.

And I didn't google it, I visited other sites that I know that have this information. (orlando informer is one, the other is censored on this site.)

I'd possibly go with EP ( thinking of numbers/ accessibility ) but thats depends. How old is Grandmother and kids? How mobile is grandmother? Whats their tastes for excitement? EP might be an easier park to maneuver and have more that would interest a GM. Then also the dining choices are better at EP.
