Croc flip flops

I can't find the original thread or remember who recommended them but I would like to thank you! I had them for a few weeks now and finally got a nice day to wear them. I was a little skeptical about those cushion dots since I have sensitive skin. They felt funny at first but after a half an hour of wearing them I love them! I had my 11 year old daughter try them on since I still need to buy her good flip flops and surprise they fit her! Her first comment was that they felt funny. Lol. After 20 minutes she was saying how comfortable they are! So I am breaking them in for my September trip! Thanks again!

Also beware if you have wide feet -- the top strap will eventually begin to dig into the top of your foot -- I can't wear the crocs at all because of my wide feet -- I actually get welts on the top of my feet where the straps rub between the toe and the inner arch --

But they are SUPER comfortable for those with normal size feet....

I got a pair because of talk about them here, too. I can't remember the name of the style, though. It has a roman numeral in it.

I have a pair of croc sandals, very comfy, they were used for our trip last year and will be coming with me again this Sept. I don't like tradional croc clog things, or flip flops, I find the bit between the toes REALLY uncomfortable but Croc sandals are for me!

My wife and I both got Teva Hiking sandals last year before Our trip to Wdw and They were really great. Lotsa support and so comfortable. $75 a pop but worth it.
How do the Crocs hold up over the course of the day?? Any foot pain??

A few years back I wore a pair of flip flops to the park and It was nice but after a few hours my feet were not doing so well.

Bought a pair of black ones and a pair of tan with sued lined ones just for our trip this past winter. While working out in the garage on my cars I have another pair. Huge difference in loss of leg and back pain after being on your feet for extended periods of time.

This thread reminded me of some advice i would give to people with children...if your child is right at or below the required height for riding the thrill rides, do not put them in sandals! I was waiting for DW one time by the entrance to Everest and saw 4 or 5 separate occasions where the CM's wouldn't allow a child to ride because they were just a fraction too short. Every one of them was wearing thin little sandles, i told one lady to have her daughter switch shoes with her older sister (maybe a year older and about 2 inches taller) as she was wearing sneakers with a much thicker sole, they did and then she was able to ride. My kids are older so i don't have this issue, but thought it was worth sharing.

I've got 3 pairs of Crocs and love them all. I've got a pair of the clogs for around the house (complete with Disney Jibbitz), a pair of flip-flops, and even a pair of their shoes (look like Chuck Taylor's). The only down side to the shoes is the fact that I have high arches and they don't support those very much. I threw a $3 set of Dr. Scholl's arch supports in and they are perfect! I'm going to attempt the wear out the shoes on the next trip to Magic Kingdom.

I just hurt my foot running and wound up with Plantar faciitis. Painful arches when I run. Looks like the podiatrist is getting me some orthotics. Supposed to work really well for everyday use ....Ill def. bring them with me and see how they work for me in the parks!!
