CRO wasting money

I recently just made my reservations utilizing the 5+2 package. I used the CRO and received outstanding service. My questions and concerns are: Why did I receive 2 separate online survey requests with separate passwords and why on earth did they send me 3 separate mailings confirming my reservation? It seems like alot of wasted postage. Has anyone else experienced this?

The online surveys, don't cost them that much money, and the mailings only cost them 20 cents or so a peice to mail... Did you make changes to your ressie after you initially booked it?

Change rates, change party mix, names in party, resort, type of room, etc. I've seen people that get them just because they called to check on something.

All I have to say is DOUBLE CHECK the res #s on all those mailings. Make sure they're all for the same reservation, and they didn't botch something up, like they typically do.

Call ahead too, to make sure your res's are still in the system.

No, i didn't make any changes. But think about it, there are 30,000 hotel rooms at Disney, at 0.20 per card/per room, that equals $6000. That's alot of wasted money.

I looked over each confimation mailing carefully. They all are identical. I'll just call the CRO to verify. Just to be on the safe side.
