I know the situation stinks for those of us who need to try to score those hard-to-get PS slots, but other sites are politely begging people not to call CRO today as they are swamped with people who are trying to re-schedule cancelled vacations. I wouldn't be surprised if they are also experiencing power outages and fluctuations as well as phone "hiccups".

Well after 3 hrs. on hold I gave in and hung up. 1 hr. later my husband tried and was connected in 30 seconds 
. The rep. said that only one location of CRO(Kansas City, I think) opened at 7am. The Florida locations opened later, therefore providing more reps. to field calls. Anyway, I secured my PS's including Princess breakfast at exactly the times I wanted :sohappy: .
I hope all are well in Florida.
