I just called disney dining because of this. They told me that my resi I made prior to this change on 11/20 do not have a CC guarantee attached to the resi numbers even though the site says it does. They do not pull the cc info from your saved profile. FYI the site also says that you have to cancel within 48 hrs now. I was told that is also wrong. There are some resi that do require a 5 day or 48hr cancellation but the majority are still 24 hrs in advance.
When you click on CC guarantee icon next to your resi:
"For dining reservations guaranteed by a credit card, Guests who cancel within 48 hours of their reservation time or fail to show will be charged a $10 per person fee for each Guest on the reservation."
