Forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong section, what I wonder is if the Disney Company formally takes suggestions/ ideas from non-employees on things such as park improvements, merchandising, smart phone apps etc. And if the idea is marketable/profitable, would they pay for the rights? I understand they have a very talented staff of Imagineers, but there's always things that get "overlooked"
