Crazy Question

Forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong section, what I wonder is if the Disney Company formally takes suggestions/ ideas from non-employees on things such as park improvements, merchandising, smart phone apps etc. And if the idea is marketable/profitable, would they pay for the rights? I understand they have a very talented staff of Imagineers, but there's always things that get "overlooked" ;)

The company says that it will not take ideas from outside sources. However, as you may or may not know, Cast Members will occasionally survey guests on what they would like to see in the parks.
