Craft beer?

Does anyone know a place nearby the World that has a decent to good selection of beer?

I am looking for a store more than a bar.

I can't believe that I have yet to find one...

Iam sure there is one opposite Planet Hollywood at down town, I remember someone said they got all their beer there.

Can't say I've heard of any. The Beer Mapping Project puts the nearest beer stores about 10-15 miles away. (I'm assuming by decent to good you mean more micro/nano/imports and less BMC) Maybe check out the Beers and Ears site to see what you can get on property?

It doesn't have to be on property, but I don't want to have to drive to Winter Haven either.

That would be the Hess station. If the OP wanted BMC (Bud Miller Coors and their associated brands) then that would be the place to go. Right off property, with reasonable prices. But the selection is meh. Most gas stations won't carry much variety, maybe expanding their horizons all the way to Sam Adams Boston Lager or maybe Sierra Nevada.

The Hess Station or any other C-Store will have like Dreamfinder mentioned the regular selection of big boy brewers.

We usually end up going to Publix or Winn Dixie which are not very far from DTD to get our supplies. They have decent selections- we tend to like Key West Sunset Ale and the Kona Brewing beers are good.

I recommend downloading the Beers & Ears app-it gives you a list of all available brews on propert!

there is a WDW beer app that will list all the beers in WDW and where you can find them. Some have a few more well known craft beers. just do an app search for "WDW Beer".
