CP resort discount for family?

I was wondering about the resort discount you get for your family if you in the CP. Any hints as to how much it is and what restrictions there are on it?

50% off if you stay in the room.
40% off if you don't stay in the room.

During Christmas season it was 60%.

We booked a special last July that was 60% off resorts and 50% off the dining plan.
