Yep. That's the gore of it. And you get to live near Disney property with lots of other CPs. You get into the parks for free and get discounts and whatnot. You're guaranteed at least 30 hours per week, but evidently you can sign up for quite a bit more via the Hotline, I think it is.
Oh, and you can take classes down there, too. You can try to work it out with your college to get credit for the classes (they might have you write a paper or two to get it). I believe they're once a week for like three hours and you get that day off of work.
