If they're lucky, Disney will pay them throughout this entire crisis.
If they're sort of unlucky, Disney will stop paying them at some point, but will keep paying their healthcare, and they'll have to apply for unemployment.
If they're really unlucky, Disney stops payment, suspends benefits, and they'll have to apply for unemployment.
And if it's the third option, due to the impact of Disney on the local economy, prepare for a full on depression in Florida.
