Anyone ever stay at this hotel in Downtown disney area? I read today they are doing a deal where rooms are 20.21 a night, I forget when you have to stay but its similiar to the Fairytale package dates. Just curious your thoughts on it.

Hi Chris! Yes it's true but I think all the rooms have already been booked. The Lake Buena Vista Courtyard by Marriott has offered this deal during the past 3 years. In 2001 the room rates were $20.01 and in 2002 the rates were $20.02 and this year they are $20.03. The deal is (was) available for rooms from August 10 until October 2, 2003. I booked 87 rooms during this period for a family reunion and for some friends. The low rate is only good Sunday through Thursday. You have to pay the rack rate if you stay there on a Friday or Saturday. Also, you have to pay in advance, but it beats the daylights out of the Fairytale deal. We took advantage of this deal in both 2001 and 2002.
