They've been putting that on QS receipts for a while. It is an effort to get people shopping before noon, a normally very quiet time in the stores.

I've gotten them, and taken advantage of these from time to time. I always travel off-peak season, so I don't know how often they offer them, but on our last 2-3 trips we've received these.

I have gotten these often, but curiously, the last two visits in March and April of this year they were not offered during the VERY off-peek weeks that I was there -- although they have had the coupon available for the past 6 visits prior to that --- Incidentally, all you have to do is buy a bag of chips or a soda to get the coupon, you don't have to get a whole meal....

We use them if we receive them, otherwise we forego shopping all together as we have as much Disney stuff as we could ever need! We will buy that extra over priced tshirt or nail polish with the coupon and since we have annual passes and usually get 10% off it takes that extra to get in the shops.

We used them a few years ago, it was a way to save a few dollars on some shirts we were going to buy anyway. I remember asking did we have to purchase before noon and the CM said when the computer says its noon, the discount goes away for that day.
