Counter Service DDP

So wife and I book our trip for May13' and she looks on the Disney web site and downloads a PDF file that breaks down the DDP and the restaurants and food service places you can eat at depending on your plan.

We use the counter service, it works well for our needs.

Upon review of the list we notice a few places we didn't know existed.

BUT we also see 2 places that are not on the list for counter service.

Wolfgang Puck Express - DTD
Earl Of Sandwich - DTD

These are 2 of our favorite places. We have used the counter service plan in the past at both places.

Does anyone know if these places are no longer participating in the Disney counter service plan?

THANKS!!!

No
Non-Disney restaurants sometimes take time to show up on the brochures. Each restaurant negotiates with DDP every year and until they have agreed they are not reflected. Closer to 1 January they virtually all are there that were there the previous year.

We ate at both this year and used our QS credits no problem.Yes Monty is spot on,some restaurants do take a little longer to get on the foodie list.Theres no way Wolfies and Earl will not be on that list.;)

And to add some historical perspective: since the DDP was introduced in 2005 I do not know of a single restaurant (Counter or Table service) that has dropped out of the DDP after signing on. (With the obvious exception of one or two places that have totally closed)

So while it's *possible* that a restaurant won't re-sign the DDP contract from one year to the next, it has yet to happen.
