Do they fit members to the characters or the characters to the cast members? Sometimes when you see certain characters they are always short or always tall. Like stitch is usually always very short and Goofy is tall! .....Sorry random question and im not trying to ruin anyones magic!

Characters are sized by height range, so are the Cast Members.

Does anyone have the height specs for the characters? Such as 6ft plus for Jaffar, Goofy..or 5'5 for mickey, chip n dale, minnie...etc. I'm curious what my 6'1 height would enable me to be.

You'd probably be good for Goofy (depending on weight, too) -- beyond that I'm not sure.

Mickey, Minnie, Piglet, Donald are usually around 5ft

Chip and Dale, Eeyore are usually slightly taller...i think around 5'4"

Goofy, Tigger, Jaffar are all 6ftish

And like someone else said, weight is a factor as well
