Cost of Food and DDP Trade?

I am sure this has been discussed a million times, but i am not good about finding old posts. I am trying to figure out if the Counter Service Dining plan is a good deal. My daughter and I will be going down, we will be going to do character meals (1 breakfast, 1 dinner) and the rest I was planning Counter service. How much do you think you spend on counter service for an adult, with just the food and drink, no dessert?

I was thinking for the both of us it would cost 10 for breakfast and 15 for lunch and 15 dinner. Does that sound right?

Also do you know if you do the counter service plan will you be able to trade 2 for 1 sit down like you could with the other dining plan?

I'm fairly sure you can't "trade up" to a TS with either DDP or QSDP. If you're not into desserts, then I don't think there is value to getting either plan.

I wouldn't buy the CS-only version of DDP, but I wouldn't buy the other one either.

They've never done a CS for TS trade-up, and if they did it would be 3-for-1 or even 4-for-1, and not 2-for-1.

yeah, i was remembering the 2 sit downs for the bigger meal I think? LIke we went to Hoop de doo review for 2 sit downs.
