Cost of eating out at Disney???

I was trying to do research on how much food would cost us for the trip. The one thing I am having trouble with is that only a range prices are available. I understand that the prices depend on what season it is. Can anyone tell me what season it is considered if I am going the second week of May? our list of ADRs consists of the following;

Garden Grill dinner

Ohana breakfast

Be Our Guest dinner

Hollywood and Vine breakfast

If you look at the website for the table service meal prices, they have a range in price. That's why I am confused on what price I will be paying when we go. Counter service doesn count. I was only really inquiring about table service.

What web site is that.? The table service menus on my various Disney sites have one price only.Like Debs All Ears & My Disney Experience

It was funny when I saw this question bc I just called last night. We are paying for Ohana out of pocket so I was curious what it would cost. The official website said between 36-60 bucks. I was confused and I thought August is a busy time and I am not paying 60 bucks per person out of pocket no matter how much I love the place. So I called and was told in August it is $36. All buffets have that range. Very odd to me as well!

Is this a price thing for buffets only or for other set menus ?

I've been told that the range you see on the Disney website is more so you can grasp the range in which each restaurant falls....i.e. $$$ vs $$ could mean $35-50 vs $35-15. I usually check on Allears for more specific pricing for meals or menus.

Beyond that...there are certain high seasons where you'll spend more. Ex. my friend went Christmas week and prices were higher at certain spots...mainly character meals.
