Corn Dog Nuggets

Hi All.

I was reading the menu for Liberty Tree Tavern for kids and came across corn dog nuggets.

Has anyone tried them or seen them? Do they look like chicken nuggets? I have a picky ds and if he thinks they are chicken nuggets, he might try them.

I know I can get him to eat the mac n cheese and the mashed potatoes. But, that is all I see on the menu for him.

DH really wants to eat here and we always eat where I want to, so I thought it would be only fair to let him pick some of the places this trip...LOL

I will have to pass on that one for DS. He will never think that is chicken. He is so observant now at 3, can't pull anything over on him.

Guess mac n cheese and mashed potatoes will be it for him for that meal.

No way they could pass for chicken

What about the turkey? Could you say that was sliced chicken?

We are going to LTT in March (again), its a don't miss meal for us.

My DS will only eat chicken if they are nuggets or chicken fingers. He is so picky. I hope he will grow out of it when he gets older.

To give you an example of his pickiness(sp?):He only likes cookies n cream ice cream and if the box that it comes in doesn't look like the last box we had of it, he won"t eat it.

Kids, ya gotta love them right!!! LOL

He will, sort of. Lil'mermaid would only eat chicken fingers, mashed potatoes and broccoli for the longest time; she is still a picky eater, but has expanded her list. :lol: My little one would only eat grilled cheese for the longest time, she is still picky too (but is only 12).

How about getting him some chicken nuggets at Cosmic Ray's before you head over to LTT? He will be full and can hang out with you and still visit with the characters.

DS's favorites are grilled cheese and french toast.

That is a good idea about feeding him ahead of time at Cosmis Ray's before and then just let him get a drink or something and visit with the characters.

Not too bad..... but then again, who can really screw up a corn dog?
