Coral Reef Marinated Grilled Vegetables and Vegetarian Chick’n Breast

I couldn't find this in the recipe thread, but on our last visit, my vegetarian daughter absolutely loved the Coral Reef's Marinated Grilled Vegetables and Vegetarian Chick’n Breast. Would anyone have a recipe that can approximate it?
