Coral Reef - dinner?

What has your experience been like at Coral Reef?

We enjoyed it. The restaurant is a little loud but then again so are a lot of their restaurants. If you're sitting next to the aquarium expect a constant flow of people walking between the tables to see the tank. That was a little annoying. The food is good. I had the steak and my daughter had the shrimp. We are actually planning on going back again next year.

I have been there 3 times and its been good each time. I wouldnt say the food was exceptional for the price but sitting next to the aquarium for my meal was more than worth it for me. It always seems to be 50/50 with the reviews but I say its definitely worth a try.

We have eaten there twice the last two times we were there in '07 and just this past July, and have really enjoyed it both times. Both times we have loved the atmosphere AND the food. I know there have been mixed reviews on Coral Reef over the years, but we really enjoyed it both times.

We ate there in September and it was just ok. My mom and I both had the steak and it was ok. The chocalte wave for dessert was awesome though. The restaurant though was REALLY loud and the kid at the next table kept standing on top of the table and screeching at the top of his lungs, but that wasn't the restaurants fault. Maybe if there wasn't the free dining promo going on the crowd might be a little different but if you're looking for a nice romantic dinner this is not the place to go. We probably won't be going back anytime soon.

We enjoyed it this past September. My husband ordered steak, I had chicken, & my daughter ordered Mahi Mahi. All was very good! Especially the desserts! We also ordered an appetizer which was also very good! It was a bit loud but, alot of the restaurants are especially when you go during free dining.

Have had dinner there at least 3 times and have never had a bad meal and nothing to complain about. I had free dining every time and probably would not eat there if it was out of pocket. Yes, it is a little loud but not enough to reconsider because of it. I would definitely go back.

We had a very bad experience back in 2008 and haven't been back. There have just been too many good choices in the world showcase to go back. I do know this was a time when they had a ton of bad reviews but I have heard it has been revamped since. I did like the atmosphere though.....

We've only had lunch there, twice. Both times were just ok for me. My wife though it was better than ok, and the family we went with the second time thought it was pretty good. We haven't been back since, as it's not my family's cup of tea. We all liked the aquarium, though.

love love love the atmosphere This will be the first time in 4 yrs not going I love there food BUT after eating steaks at other places in Disney, Yatsman, narcooses, le ceilier , citricos Coral reef falls a little short BUT its only 1 sit down mean un like the other ones. they do have a chocoalte wave dessert and It was PHENOMINAL!
