Copyright Infringement - Soarin' Music???

So, I came across this toady on my Facebook feed and boy did that music sound familiar. I haven’t ridden Soarin' in a couple of years but the whole theme to this video seemed a bit familiar. I’m not trying to get into a religious debate, step on anyone’s toes or anything remotely in that nature.

Just making an observation but do you think possibly they are trying to rip off Soarin'… just a bit?

I can see it being a rip off but I can also see where they were careful of not messing with the Disney soundtrack directly to avoid a lawsuit.

Nope..Nope...That title went to the Former Busch Garden's Williamsburg Attraction Knockoff called Europe In The Air....Although they did one thing right...Editing! (Not that great really but a little better) Not just mid-flight Jump cuts Soarin has...

Sampled synthesizer music. Let's hope the new Soarn' soundtrack uses a live orchestra. I've been a little put off by the latest EPCOT area music being fully synthesized.

I do believe the music used in this snippet of the "Making of" SATW is the new music...

Just guessing here, but I don't think so. Disney Parks Blog rarely if ever uses the actual music from the parks for its videos. That sounds more like stock/trailer music that is purchasable in bulk and is usually available to media like the DPB.

I'm also speaking out of hope because the score in that video is a real turkey.
